Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance and supply inventory.

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and improvements of office facilities.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and document preparation.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and effective communication.

  • Assist in managing the general affairs budget, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to office operations and facilities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.

  • 1-3 years of experience in general affairs,office management, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to work in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
