Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting any related field

• Must be able to speak Mandarin (Min. HSK 4 optional) and basic in English (spoken and written)

• Must Experienced in Finance or Tax Supervisor

• Good Microsoft Office Skill (Excel, Word, Etc.)

• Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions based on that analysis

• Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate a team of accountants and finance professionals

• Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and challenges

• Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and spreadsheet applications

• Willing to work in East Karawang, Kawasan Suryacipta

Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

• Budget Management: Overseeing the budgeting process, monitoring expenditures, and controlling costs to ensure that the company stays within its budgetary constraints

• Accounting Operations: Supervising the accounting team, ensuring that all accounting procedures are followed, and maintaining the integrity of the financial data

• Audit Coordination: Coordinating internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation, and addressing any issues raised by auditors

• Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement

• Compliance: Ensuring that all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow to ensure that there are sufficient funds to meet operational needs and make strategic investments
