Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK

• Having skill in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work as a team with multiple functions

• Structured communication skill

• Proactive and flexible to support different functions and capabilities as needed

• Willing to be placed at Surabaya Branch

Job Description:

• Handling office asset, stationary and other office operational needs through Purchase Request and petty cash according applicable terms

• Proceeding invoice that has been printed to Finance & Accounting division to be recorded and make receipt and handed to PSE Coordinator

• Responsible for managing companys finance in arranging payment process, and receiving payment that come from parts selling, also can arranging companys cash need
