  • Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger, MIS and financial reporting

  • Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, VAT/GST, and other relevant taxes

  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and accounting standards

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations

  • Manage customs-related tasks, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures

  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies

  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax reviews

  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets

  • Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support

  • Develop and conduct training for staff on accounting and tax-related topics

  • Prepare and manage the budget and financial plans

  • Review and approve financial transactions and reconciliations

  • Handle tax audits and resolve any issues that arise

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and present financial data

  • Ensure accurate and timely customs documentation and compliance

  • Perform any other related duties as required by management.
