Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger, MIS and financial reporting

Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, VAT/GST, and other relevant taxes

Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and accounting standards

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations

Manage customs-related tasks, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures

Prepare financial statements and reports for management review

Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies

Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax reviews

Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets

Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support

Develop and conduct training for staff on accounting and tax-related topics

Prepare and manage the budget and financial plans

Review and approve financial transactions and reconciliations

Handle tax audits and resolve any issues that arise

Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and present financial data

Ensure accurate and timely customs documentation and compliance

Perform any other related duties as required by management.
