• Position Requirement:

• Min. Bachelors degree (S1) majoring in Accounting / Finance 5-7 years experience in operational accounting roles and min. 2 years as (Leader/Supervisory position from total working experience, Specialized: Knowledge of cost accounting. Have understanding about Indonesians accounting standard and tax regulation, including the update one)

• Have ability to prepare financial report such as Profit/Loss, Journal, Balance Sheet, etc. Have Brevet A, B & C certificate is preferred

• Have a good experience to use tax system (DJP Online). Good communication in English

Responsibilities:

• Create manual journal entries and ensure sufficient supporting documents for audit trails such as : journal for monthly depreciation and monthly amortization

• Create, update and maintain supporting details and lists such as fixed assets, prepaid expenses, advances and deferred income

• Monthly & annual tax reconciliation

• Prepare and review monthly and yearly tax report

• Manage and supervise daily transaction daily and monthly data inputs into the accounting system used by Company and prepare the journal voucher and monthly reports

• All transactions of Petty Cash and Bank

• All invoices received from Vendor

• Invoicing to Customer and delivery to them based on the term of condition of each Customer and the Company

• Financial control of all fixed assets in the manufacturing including production equipments and toolings

• Create manual journal entries and ensure sufficient supporting documents for audit trails such as : journal for monthly depreciation and monthly amortization Monthly & annual tax reconciliation

• Prepare and review monthly and yearly tax report

• Update data Account Receivable Aging monthly report. Petty Cash, management and prepare monthly report

• Monthly Cash Flow report

• Supervise payment through E-Banking system. Prepare data for monthly stock take and doing the procedures based on assignment that prepared by Company into Accounting system

• Reporting of actual financial results for operations, which includes operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and facilities

• Financial control of al aspects of stock including provisioning and average costing

• Financial budgeting, forecasting and planning

• Support Internal Audit, Financial Audit dan Tax Audit

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial report
