Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a Major in Purchasing and Supply Management

• Min. 3 years experience as Expeditor in expediting EPCI projects, with preference given to those with similar purchasing experience in Oil & Gas projects

• Be proficient in English, Microsoft Office, and computers in general

• Have a thorough understanding of procurement workflows and supplier management

• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and judgment skills, with the ability to retrieve and organize information effectively

• Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured

• Able to join immediately

• Domiciled in Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

• Facilitate and expedite the submission of vendor documents, and provide a mitigation plan and submission schedule in cases where delays occur

• Manage the preparation of pre-inspection meetings, and provide a target date for completion

• Monitor and expedite the progress of sub-orders and the receipt of raw materials, ensuring that relevant proof is verified

• Supervise and expedite the progress of factory fabrication and inspection

• Monitor and expedite the progress of product delivery

• Placement Jakarta & Site/Outside of Java Island.
