Requirements :

• Minimum D3/S1 degree from any major

• Able to communicate in English (spoken & written)

• Experienced in Export-Import operations within a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs Regulations (PIB, PEB)

• Familiar with online export-import systems: SIINAS, OSS, INSW, and Customs Systems

• Experience handling Kawasan Berikat (Bonded Zone) or PLB operations

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines

Responsibilities :

• Handle and monitor customs clearance processes from shipping document verification, tax payments, until goods are received

• Manage marine cargo insurance activities

• Plan incoming import materials to support production schedules

• Prepare and process import documents (PIB 2.0)

• Review shipping documents and coordinate revisions with suppliers and shippers

• Maintain import shipment records and submit monthly reports through INSW

• Coordinate invoice processing, insurance documents, BPN reports, and payment requests with Accounting

• Manage digital and physical document filing systems

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations

Compensation & Benefits :

• Take Home Pay: IDR 5,900,000 – IDR 6,000,000
