WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Fresh Graduates in any major

• Having experience as a host, radio announcer, offline sales, broadcaster, and MC would be an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills that capture and hold an audience's attention

• Passionate to work in the beauty industry and broad knowledge of skincare, body care, and hair care

• Excellent selling skills, energetic, and confident in front of the camera

• A goal-oriented mindset to meet our sales targets and strong execution ability

• Ability to work as a team or individually and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to adjust the live streaming schedules

• Willing to be working onsite in Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for day-to-day live streaming host in multiple platforms (e.g. TikTok and Marketplace)

• Master the product knowledge of the products to be promoted in the live streaming

• Selling the products by actively engaging the existing and new customers through live streaming session

• Identify the beauty trends in social media to attract more attraction to the broadcasting platform

• Analyze and evaluate the data of live streaming performance
