WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada)

  • To establish communication with Relationship Managers (RM) from each marketplace to strengthen cooperation and gain deeper insights into new features, promotions, and marketing strategies that we can leverage to expand product presence

  • Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithms, trends, and user behavior

  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive sales strategy

  • Exceptional creative and communication skills, with the ability to oversee engaging content

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Creating e-commerce marketing strategies & analyzing e-commerce on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada)


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed e-commerce sales targets

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify, and capitalize on trends and opportunities within the e-commerce platform that align with the brand's objectives

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce

  • Collaborate with other departments to address any operational challenges and streamline processes

  • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of e-commerce initiatives and campaigns

  • Build and manage partnerships with e-commerce and stay updated on platform updates and offerings
