• Proven work experience as a Engineering, Production Engineer, R&D Engineering Min. 1 th

• Must have experience in similar industry Home Appliance especially Refrigerator (Sharp, LG, AQUA, Panasonic, Etc)

• Excellent in communication and coordination

• Required language(s): English

• Willing to work in East Karawang, Kawasan Suryacipta

Job Description:

• Responsible for the preparation of technical documents and guide the production line to improve the product

• Responsible for process optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and product quality improvement

• Handle abnormal technical problems and provide solutions

• Conduct technical training for production staff to improve operational skills

• Responsible for the implementation of line body lean improvement work, continuously optimize the production process

• Prepare process instructions to ensure that the production process meets the process requirements

• Participate in new product development, optimize process design, improve production efficiency

• Cooperate with quality department to solve quality problems in production process and ensure product quality.
