Install, configure, and deploy IT systems, including hardware, software, servers, and network devices at client sites

Provide on-site technical support, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime

Perform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades on IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security

Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, monitor performance, and resolve connectivity issues

Maintain accurate records of service activities and prepare detailed reports on work performed and issues resolved

Respond to urgent service calls and provide timely solutions to restore normal operations

Qualification :

Proven experience as on-site technician or similar role in IT support

Strong knowledge or hardware, software and network troubleshooting and installation

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent problem-solving skill and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work in various client environments and adapt to different IT setups Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equipment) are a plus
