Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply

  • 1 year experience in position that communicate daily with end user will be an advantage

  • Know how to operate MS Office is a must

  • Can do attitude and willingness to learn new skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Good communication skills and a problem solver


Responsibilities for Communication Admin:

  • Answer and responds to all customer query from various channel in timely manner and provide accurate information

  • Accountable for assigning lead to the correct territory

  • Responsible to keep up to date with product knowledge and territory implementation

  • Communicate with customer to get the requirement, create user story with clear expectation from customer for sales engineer to work on

  • Do follow up communication with customer if additional information is required

  • Responsible on recording said lead with the correct information into our CRM system

  • Communicate internally with Sales Engineer to make sure lead status is up to date

  • Make sure all data that coming in on our CRM is correct and up to date

  • Complete related data to our database to support marketing activities

  • Support other communication activities when needed

  • Able to have basic conversation in English
