• Job Responsibilities :

• Designing and drawing as specifications required (Civil especially Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)

• Provides specialized and its expertise for efficient technical solutions base on KI Hyundai Industrial Estate Regulation

• Preparation & compilation of technical reports for all projects

• Doing site visit and carry out technical and feasibility studies and prepare site plan that meet technical specifications base on KI Hyundai Industrial Estate Regulation

• Liaise with all parties involved in the projects (purchasing, contractors, consultants etc)

• Keep all data/documents of the project in a proper manner

• Doing all reporting related with regular tasks and projects concerned (daily, weekly and monthly)

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree's in Civil Engineering with min GPA 3.50

• Experience at least 2 years in related position (fresh graduate are welcome)

• Experience in construction and engineering processes (Civil Mechanical. Civil Electrical and Plumbing etc)

• Master in MS Office (word, excel, power point), Auto Cad, ETABS, Sketch up etc

• Having SKA ( Ahli K3 Konstruksi, Ahli Tehnik Jalan, Ahli Tehnik Bangunan, Ahli Tehnik Plumbing dll)

• Strong English command

• Status Contract (PKWT)
