Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance activities related to the Right of Way (ROW) area

• Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility and necessary adjustments for project execution

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and local building codes

• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation to monitor project milestones

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the ROW project scope

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects, particularly in infrastructure and ROW

• Proven experience in project management and site supervision

• Strong knowledge of local and international construction standards, regulations, and best practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams

• Willingness to be based in Grissik, South Sumatra, for the project duration.
