Monitor and communication every program from and/or to partners to be implemented

Check and record every program completion process (bills, exposyre report, etc)

Monitor end to end process of the teams daily operations in business units

Update operational content in business units Identify business processes in business units for improvement

Maintain good realtions iht external parties Analyze company needs and potential partnership

Build and initiate relationships with potential partners

Create strategies for partner relationship development

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in any major freshgraduate are open to apply

Minimum 1 years of working experience in sales are or business development

Have good knowledge in the digital ecosystem and e-commerce industry

Good communication skills and fast learner

Good ersuasion, negotation and problem solving skills

Able to work individually or in a team

Able to wotk eith targets

Having previous online/offline retail business experience is a plus
