Use a variety of Channels to identify potential customer, including online research , networking and cold calling Assess the potential of each lead to become a customer by understanding their needs and budget Create compeling sales proposals that highlight the benefits of your ptroducts or service and address the customer needs Work with customer to negotiate mutually benefical contracts Build strong relationships with existing customer by providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Provide excellent customer service to clients and customer Requirements : 3 years working experience in Sales/BD/Operations Highly collaborate and good at mu;titasking Comfortable with the fast-paced working styl, organised, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tigh deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail Excellent communication and working skills in both English and Bahasa Extraordinary person with a positive and humble demeanor Willing to be handled Surabaya/East Java Area Subject : Business Development - Surabaya
