WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Have 3-5 years of experience in the Managerial Level handling brand & marketing

• Direct experience in managing brands, including strategic planning, brand positioning, and overseeing marketing campaigns offline and online

• In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape

• Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

• Strong marketing skills to create a brand through effective marketing strategies and campaigns

• Have advance leadership skills, team management, and excellent communication skills

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Able to think creatively and innovatively

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and maintain brand identity through multiple-channel marketing in a 360-degree communication plan for all categories (face, body, and perfume)

• Create a strategic plan for products, KOL placements, brand ambassadors, partnerships, and sponsorship

• Create the long-term brand plan and pitch external parties to support the plan

• Working closely with Chief Marketing Officer and reporting to major shareholders to come up with a well-planned communication strategy

• Work closely with the Marketing Support Division to align the website with overall brand guidelines & strategies

• Identifying market opportunities, trends, and consumer needs to drive communication plan

• Managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency for branding and communication plan

• Execute and ensure brand management strategies align with the organization's objectives

• Create and maintain a timeline for brand management on track as planned
