Responsibilities:

• Managing production plan by forecasting demand, calculating required material and determining necessary production quantities to ensure effectiveness of production process

• Collaborate & coordinate with subcontractors related to point no. 1

• Monitoring the Accuracy of Plan vs. Actual (performance of Supplier On-time Rate Delivery & Reject)

• Controlling supply chain management with warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods to ensure updated in SAP are consistent with physical receipt of goods

• Manage warehouse operations, optimizing inbound and outbound processes to improve inventory accuracy & transportation routes and methods to reduce logistics costs

Qualifications:

• Experience 3 -5 years in the same field or minimum supervisor level in PPIC especially from Automotive Manufacturing (Kaizen, Just-in-time, Jidoka etc)

• Bachelor degree with any major

• Having good knowledge about Warehousing Management, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Fluency in English is mandatory
