Job Requirement :

• Possess at leasr associate degree (D3) in any major

• Having at least 1 year working experience on the same position

• Preferably supervisor/coordinator/ team leader in FMCG industry

• Having driver license (mandatory : SIM C)

• Required skills, communication, leadership, selling, negotiation, motivating, coaching & problem solving

• Required knowledge : distribution & coverage management

Job Responsibility :

• Supervise daily activies of distributor sales and distribution performance

• Monitoring and controlling active outlet and brand distribution including brands availability & visibility

• Achieve sales target, new open utlet target and any others target set by management

• Managing controlling and coaching salesman trditional retail & grocery of distributor

• Build and maintain strong relationship with outlet and distributor
