Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit)

  • Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned

  • Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming). - Gather market intelligence & feedback

  • Collaborate and align properly with distributor

  • Track promotional material utilization effectiveness

  • Monthly sales performance tracking

  • Build customer profiling

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree

  • Minimum 3 years experience preferably in lubricants/FMCG industries

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team

  • Excellence communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Experience in building with diverse stakeholders

  • Knowledge of relevant areas (distribution, sales operation) is desirable

  • Have a Driver License (SIM A)
