Job Descriptions :

• Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate

• Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development permit/project tender

• Propose building and material specifications

• Coordinate with parties related to the design plan

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Developer Company or Consultant in housing project

• Computer literacy (ability to operate Auto CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office)

• Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision

• Able to work well in a team environment and tight schedule

• Understanding Architect Design & Technical Drawing

• Master in Interior Design

• Willing to be placed in Grand Wisata - Bekasi
