Jobdesc :

• Conduct weekly audit for darkstores in Jabo and online audit for store ex Jabo related to Quality Control issue eg. expired items, fresh item quality issue, fresh item inbound audit

• Conduct extend fresh item shelflife by sorting the items based on their shelflife & physical condition

• Conduct NED Management, daily reporting NED and collaborate with SC & MD Team

• Conduct pest control checking at all darkstores & CWH

Kriteria:

• Minimum education D3 from Food Technology/Agroindustry

• Internship experience in related industry and role

• Able to handle all Darkstores related to food & safety quality control, especially on grocery items

• Minimum 1 year experience for Quality Control (ex quality control at supermarket/e-groceries/warehouse)

• Able to conduct data analysis (using Excel/Google Sheets) to get the quality control focus & insight

• Able to operate Google Suites (Google Docs, google sheet, Google Slides)

• Able to build communications in the whole ops team and Darkstores to achieve the quality control OKR

• Location: South Quarter Visit regularly 2 - 3 times per week (supported by Company)
