Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile forecasts

  • Compile reports

  • Arrange and schedule meetings

  • Take/reshape minutes of meetings

  • Review and compile budgets

  • Submit purchase requisitions (PR)

  • Manage project timelines

  • Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including graph creation and basic analysis)

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work independently Preferred

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role

  • Familiarity with project management tools.
