Qualification :

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Min. S1

  • Has certificate Brevet A & B

  • Experience handle ULN (Utang Luar Negeri), RULN (Rencana Utang Luar Negeri)

  • Able to calculation of foreign currency exchange rates

  • Work experience as Accounting, Finance , Tax Assistant Manager in Manufacturing Industry


Job Desc :

  • Handle Accounting/Finance related work (daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, assistance with end-of-month close, grant reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned)

  • Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Finance report, and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)

  • Contacting Accounting Office, Tax Office, and other related governmental offices

  • Reporting to the Headquarters in Japan

  • Handle HRGA-related work (performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training as well as overseeing General Affairs)
