Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.</li><li>Handle employee administration and data using Talenta HRIS.</li><li>Process payroll, including overtime, deductions, and allowances.</li><li>Administer and report BPJS Ketenagakerjaan &amp; BPJS Kesehatan.</li><li>Monitor employee attendance and work schedules.</li><li>Support other HR activities such as contract management and performance evaluation.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or Law.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.</li><li>Proficient in using HRIS systems (Talenta preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of BPJS, payroll, and recruitment processes.</li><li>Detail-oriented, communicative, and a strong team player.</li><li>Willing to work on a shifting schedule.</li><li>Female candidates are preferred.</li></ul>
